Why?

While sitting here listening to Janis Joplin I feel her pain. I know its weird but I understand everything she is singing abt. She is one of the few artist that I can relate to. Why is that? Why does it take an artist who has passed away several years ago to finally reach a troubled soul as myself? Why does it seem that everything that goes on in my life can be relayed back to a film or story? Why do I always relate my adventures to film? Is my life that lame that I relate everything back to a fantasy realm where everything is made up and the points don't really matter? Why? If anyone has an answer to any of these questions, please help this troubled soul. Thanx
